Tests on machinery
The testing activities may be conducted on-site both during production on the manufacturer’s premises or during the commissioning and/or use on the end user’s premises, or in accredited affiliated laboratories (ex: EMC tests in an anechoic chamber). Thanks to specialised and competent personnel, ECO is capable of conducting tests and controls on functions and safety on a wide range of equipment and machinery.
WHICH TESTS CAN BE CONDUCTED?
The tests that may be carried out include the following:
- tests for the requalification or modification of the designated use of the machinery.
- tests and verifications for the certification of conformity with specific technical regulations or with health and safety requirements outlined by Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 for the purposes of sales, rentals, and leasing, etc.
- pre-shipment tests and controls toward international markets (ex. Brazil, Serbia, Argentina, USA, Euro-Asiatic Union, Saudi Arabia, China, etc.)
WHICH TESTS ON MACHINERY CAN BE CONDUCTED ON-SITE?
Below is a list, although not exhaustive, of the test activities that can be conducted directly on-site:
- Stability tests
- Static and dynamic load tests
- Transmission of vibrations to the hand-arm system and to the whole body
- Acoustic emissions and acoustics for images
- Electric safety tests
- Electromagnetic compatibility tests (open field emissions)
